Meet the La Crosse 10
(or at least nine of them)...


The first SpokesnFolks Parade came about as a court sentence. After La Crosse Police ticketed these riders for using busy city streets during rush hour, the Municipal Judge sentenced them to "do something creative to promote your cause," and the SpokesnFolks Parade and Festival was born.

of support (moral and otherwise)
from Obbie Z.



Hans Mayer provided entertainment for kids of all ages, as Markie Pendelton added some visual cues.



Dr. Tractor and the Garlic Stackers rocked the assembled crowd for the remainder of the afternoon.
If this picture looks red to you, it's either because the music was really hot, or it's because Santa took the picture and let his red suit obscure the lens.
