We welcome pedestrians, bicycles, tricycles, unicycles, wheelchairs,
skates, skateboards, wagons, strollers, wheelbarrows, gurneys...
Anything goes as long as it's human powered!*
*seeing eye dogs will be allowed, as will motorized wheelchairs for disabled citizens with no other choice.

Prizes awarded for best costume and float,
and for unusual and creatively designed displays.

Musicians and percussionists encouraged to participate!
